3) The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before the respondent no.2 Scrutiny Committee since 2018 and the petitioner has prayed for issuing a direction to the respondent no.2 Scrutiny Committee for deciding his tribe claim within a stipulated period. 4) The petition is partly allowed. The respondent no.2 Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner in accordance with law as early as possible and in any case within four months from today.
