On 14.07.2018, there were settlement before Lok Adalat. As per the terms of compromise, the respondent no. 2 (Western Coalfields Limited) has deposited amount of Rs.2,20,287/- and Rs.54,022/-.

The appellant is permitted to withdraw the said amount, as per the terms of compromise dated 14.07.2018 alongwith accrued interest, if any. The application is disposed of.
