ATE : JANUARY 29, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION NO.2271 OF 2023 1) The petitioner moved this application for condonation of delay and bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.3 on record by setting aside the abatement order, if any passed, as respondent No.3 died on 03/01/2021. The other side has not objected to the same.

2) Considering the no objection and reasons stated in the application, the delay is hereby condoned by setting aside an abatement order, if any, passed against respondent No.3. The petitioners are permitted to bring legal representatives of respondent No.3 on record forthwith.

WRIT PETITION NO.6650 OF 2022 1) Since the Presiding Officer of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur, is appointed, the relief claimed by the petitioners does not survive. In view of this, the petition stands dismissed. No costs.
