With the assistance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. V.A. Thakre, I have perused the case diary. One Ms. S unfortunately committed suicide. The alleged suicide note reveals that she has blamed coaccused Vaibhav for the extreme step. Ms. S alleges in the suicide note that co-accused Vaibhav exploited her emotionally and physically. The role attributed to the present applicant is extremely limited, if at all. According to the deceased, it is because Vaibhav developed interest in the applicant, that Vaibhav withdrew from the relationship.

Considering the nature of the accusations, the interim protection granted vide order dated 30-12-2020 is made absolute with the only modification that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station till filing of the charge-sheet, as and when required by the
