Shri Shende, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner would make a request to the Enquiry Officer to permit the petitioner to appoint and nominate a teacher in service. It is stated that since this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition in the midst of the enquiry, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
