R. K. DESHPANDE AND S. M. MODAK, JJ.

DATE :

12th March, 2019 On 11th February, 2019, this Court passed an order as under :- "The petitioner claims to be the social workers and challenges the appointment of the respondent No.5 as Assistant Teacher.

The petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court to show his bona fides.

Put up this matter on 18-2-2019."

The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to

satisfy us on the locus of the petitioner to challenge the appointment of respondent no.5 as an Assistant Teacher. The petitioner claims himself to be the Social Worker. We deprecate this practice and direct the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- [rupees five thousand only] to the High Court Legal Aid SubCommittee, Nagpur, failing which, the Collector, Buldana, to proceed to enquire into the properties of the petitioner for attachment. The amount of Rs.5,000-00 be deposited in this Court and a Pursis be filed within a period of two weeks from today. If an affidavit is filed before the Collector about deposit of the amount, the Collector shall not proceed further.

Writ Petition is dismissed.
