This appeal is admitted on 24.10.2016 and on the said day, ad interim stay was granted to the execution of impugned judgment and decree dated 16.07.2015 passed by learned Principal District Judge, Wardha in Regular Civil Appeal No. 141/2010.

In view of the fact that interim order is in operation since 24.10.2016 and appeal is already admitted, order dated 24.10.2016 in this application is made absolute. The application is disposed of.

Civil Application No.1388/2018 in Cross Objection No.9/2018 Heard Mr.Chaudhari, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Nemade, learned counsel for original appellants.
