Though the pursis is styled as minutes of order, in fact, it incorporates the terms of settlement between the parties. The learned Advocate for the petitioners and respondents have submitted that the terms of settlement may be accepted and petition be disposed in those terms. The learned Advocates for the parties have stated that the parties will abide by the terms of settlement.
