In view of order passed by this Court on 25/04/2022, the conditional order was passed that the impugned judgment and award shall remain stayed subject to depositing of the entire amount of compensation awarded by the Tribunal in this Court within a period of 12 weeks.

In view of order dated 10/01/2023 passed by this Court now the appellant has deposited the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest. In view of that earlier order passed by this Court granting stay, is confirmed and the operation, effect and implementation of the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
