This is a writ petition, whereby the petitioner has challenged order passed by the Industrial Court on 06.06.2018 allowing the Revision Application filed by the respondent-Employer, as a result of which, interim order granted in favour of the petitioner stood set aside. 2.
The litigation in the present case was initiated in the form of complaint filed by the petitioner before the Labour Court at Akola, challenging termination of his services. It was his claim that he was entitled to grant of interim relief during the pendency of the complaint. At the first instance, the Labour Court did grant such interim relief, but by the impugned order, the Revision filed by the respondent stood allowed and the interim order was set aside. The impugned order was passed on 06.06.2018 and the effect of the same is that at least from June 2018 the petitioner has not continued in employment with the respondent.

In these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be met with the
wp6777.18.odt direction to the Labour Court, Akola, to expeditiously decide the complaint filed by the petitioner in the present case. Accordingly, the said Court is directed to decide the complaint as expeditiously as possible. 4.
Writ Petition is disposed of.
