The petitioner has a remedy to file appeal, in case he is dismissed from service on the basis of the enquiry contemplated against him. We therefore, do not find any reason to entertain this petition, which we think is premature. Writ Petition is, dismissed. No costs. However, all questions raised therein are kept open.
