The Tribe claim of the petitioner appears to be pending with respondent No.1 since the year 2017. Considering such long pendency, we feel that now it is the time for respondent No.1 to take appropriate decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is partly allowed. The respondent No.1-Committee is directed to decide the Tribe claim of the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of the appearance of the petitioner before the Committee.
