This is an application for condonation of delay of 307 days caused for filing application for restoration of appeal.

Shri Pendke, learned A.G.P. strongly objected the application and contended that, there is no sufficient reason to allow the application.

On perusal of application, it appears that, delay is not deliberately caused therefore, application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Particularly, on the submission of the learned advocate for the appellant that, he will remove the office objection within 15 days. C.L. Dhakate
