DATED : 21 st OCTOBER, 2015 Prayer in writ petition is to direct respondent no.2 Chief Information Commissioner to decide the complaint of petitioner in time bound manner. Petition has been filed on 7.8.2014.

Respondent no. 3 Central Board for Workers Education has filed reply affidavit. Learned ASGI points out that petitioner was called upon to remain present by respondent no. 2 on 30th March, 2015. On 30.3.2015 he did not remain present. He further points out that as all information sought by complainant in RTI application dated 14.10.2011 has been supplied, the proceedings are closed. This is clearly stated vide letter dated 30th March, 2015. The reply along with said communication is served upon petitioner on 18.6.2015. Advocate Malani holding for

In this situation, in the light of said communication dated 30.3.2015 and with liberty to petitioner to take such other steps as are open to him in law, we dispose of this petition. No costs.
