According to the petitioner, it was due to the unauthorised act of earlier trustees, the monetary liability has been imposed on the petitioner. Therefore, he seeks liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings against erring trustees.

Petitioner shall be at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law against the erring trustees.
