DATED : 06-08-2025 The applicants/appellants have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the amount lying in this Court as the first appeal was disposed of on 25/06/2024, for which the learned Advocate for respondent No.3 has no objection. 2.

It also appears that applicant Nos. 2 and 3 have executed a Power of Attorney in favour of applicant No. 1, thereby authorising applicant No.1 to receive the amount on their behalf and to transmit the same to the bank account of applicant No.1 as stated in the last paragraph of the Power of Attorney.

In view of the aforesaid, application is allowed as prayed. Applicant No.1, Niranjan S/o Ganu Raut, is directed to distribute the amount of the share of applicant Nos. 2 and 3 as per the award in their bank account within three weeks of receiving the amount and submit an affidavit in that regard to the Court. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
