This is an application filed by the applicant-respondent no.1 for withdrawal of the amount.

Heard the learned counsel for both the sides. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

The decreetal amount of Rs.34,23,880/- only was deposited in the court on 2.4.2014. The applicant-respondent no.1 prays for withdrawal of the amount.

Having considered the judgment and Award passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Akola, the amount be allowed to be withdrawn conditionally. 50% of the amount is to be allowed to be withdrawn and out of the said amount, 25% of the amount on usual undertaking and 25% of the amount on solvent surety both to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) to be furnished within four weeks from the date of the order.
