The Commissioner of State Excise has passed an order on 29.12.2017 in the appeal filed under Section 137(2) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949, which binds all the concern parties. There is also remedy provided to challenge the said order. However, none of the parties have challenged that order. In view of this, failure to implement the said order may invite certain consequences and the Commissioner shall be at liberty to take action against such person, who failed to follow the order passed by him. It will also be open for the Commission to take any action against any person passing any order contrary to his order.
