This was an admitted appeal, which stood dismissed due to conditional order pertaining to failure on the part of the appellant to file private paper book.

Although the delay in moving the application for restoration is of 1472 days, for the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and the delay is condoned. The appeal is restored.
