The learned counsel for the parties had tendered a pursis in the Court today. The same is accepted on record. The pursis is signed by the appellant no.2 and the appellant no.3. It is also signed by the respondent no.1. The pursis is signed by the counsel for the appellants and the respondents. Yesterday, the parties were personally present in the Court and they had informed that they had entered into a compromise on the terms mentioned in the pursis. The parties had informed that they are ad-idem on the terms mentioned in the pursis. Since the parties were present yesterday, on their request, we had dispensed with their presence for today, as the appellants reside out of Nagpur.

The learned counsel for the appellants and the respondents state that the appellant no.2 and

the appellant no.3 and the respondent no.1 have personally signed the pursis and they have identified the parties signing the same.

We have perused the terms of the compromise. The terms of the compromise are just and reasonable. Hence, we dispose of the Family Court Appeal in terms of the compromise pursis. A decree be drawn accordingly. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
