Civil Application No.2562 of 2015 filed by the petitioners earlier, praying for grant of early hearing is rejected on 4th January, 2016.

By this application, the petitioners again seek early hearing of the petition, however, no changed circumstances are pointed out. For the same reasons, as recorded in the order passed on 4th January, 2016, the civil application is dismissed. No costs.
