Since the compliance of the order dated 13th August, 2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4432 of 2024 is shown, the present contempt petition cannot be entertained.

As far as the arguments made by the petitioner-in-person on legality of the decision taken in pursuance of order of this Court are concerned, the same are out of the scope of the contempt petition, which cannot be considered in the contempt petition.
