DATED : 12.08.2025 By letter dated 01.08.2025, the Adhoc District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Pusad, District Yavatmal, seeks extension of six months time to disposed of the trial Special Case (POCSO) No.02/2022 pending before the Court. In view of the reasons mentioned in the letter and detail charged filed alongwith letter, as the CA was not received and, therefore, the trial could not be disposed of. In view of that, six months period is extended.

Learned Adhoc District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Pusad, District Yavatmal, shall not seek further extension and shall disposed of the trial within six months.

Inform the concerned Court accordingly.
