Effort of respondents appears to bring down the unnecessary number of 5th and 8th standards in Zilla Parishad Schools. If in the exercise, any prejudice is caused to anybody, such person, including the petitioner can always knock the doors of competent Authority, including this Court.

Order 1107pil90.18 wrong with the directions issued by respondent no.3. Hence, Public Interest Litigation is disposed of. No costs.
