SEPTEMBER 12, 2017 This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring revision. The delay is of 296 days. The learned counsel for the non applicant fairly submits that the non applicant is ready to get the matter adjudicated on merit. Therefore, she does not have any serious objection for allowing the present application.

In view of this fair submission made by the learned counsel for the non applicant, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned however subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the non applicant within a period of three weeks from today.

Mrs. Kosare, learned counsel for the non applicant submits that she has instructions to receive the amount of costs for and on behalf of the non applicant. Therefore, the amount of costs of Rs.5,000/- be paid to
