In this case, the emergency for which emergency parole has been sought no longer exists by virtue of efflux of time since passing of the mother of the petitioner. She died on 26.10.2018. Therefore, this petition now has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. 2.

Drafting charges of 5,00/- ( Five Hundred Only) 7.S 7.S be paid to learned appointed counsel.
