Considering the fact that the applicant has deposited fine amount and the sentence of substantive imprisonment has been suspended by the trial Court in filing of the appeal and also the fact that the appeal is admitted for final hearing, this application deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly.

2/3 The substantive sentence of imprisonment is suspended till final disposal of the appeal and till that time, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum before the trial Court. Hamdast is granted.

The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
