DATED : 16.07.2025 Applicants/respondent Nos. 1 to 8 have filed this application for permitting them to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which the learned Counsel for the appellant has given no objection to the withdrawal of 75% of the amount out of the said compensation amount.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as the no objection of the learned Counsel for the appellant, the application is partly allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount from the total amount upon furnishing the usual undertaking.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 75% of the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, to the bank account of the applicants upon their furnishing an undertaking, as well as their bank account details, to the Registry.

FIRST APPEAL NO. 531 OF 2024 The learned Counsel for the appellant wants to file pursis about compliance with the order dated 0710-2023. 2.

By way of last chance, one week is granted to file the pursis.
