O R D E R

(Passed on 30/04/2023) The matter is amicably settled, as a result that the appellant has withdrawn the application. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form 'N' which is marked 'X' for identification. The appellant does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw of entire compensation amount, if any, deposited by the appellant in the Court along with interest accrued. Exhibit No. 'X' shall be part and parcel of the Award.
