This is an application for condonation of delay of 03 days in filing the appeal, challenging the Judgment and Award dated 25.03.2025, passed by the Member, Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur.

Having regard to the fact that the delay is of only 03 days and considering the beneficial piece of legislation, learned Advocate for the respondent does not seriously oppose the application. 3.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed and the delay of 03 days is condoned.
