Since the appeal is admitted and the substantive sentence of imprisonment has already been suspended by the trial Court, this application deserves to be allowed.

2/3 Hence, it is allowed accordingly.

The substantive sentences of imprisonment are suspended subject to condition of payment of fine amount, if not paid already, till final disposal of the appeal and till that time, it is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on the same bonds, as directed by the trial Court, however, subject to the condition that the bonds shall be submitted afresh before the trial Court.
