Kariya, Advocate for the respondent No.4 state that in view of the subsequent order passed by the learned District Judge on 22-04-2016 determining the shares of the parties for disbursement of compensation, the challenge raised in the petition is rendered infructuous. The learned Advocate for the petitioners expresses an apprehension that the amount which is deposited before the reference Court may not be disbursed early.

It is directed that the proceedings for disbursement of the amount deposited with the reference Court shall be expedited and amount be disbursed at the earliest.

With the above observations, the petition is disposed as infructuous. The parties shall bear their own costs.
