The present application is filed for grant of leave to file First Appeal against the judgment dated 02/09/2013 in L.A.C. No.116/2004 filed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division Pusad. It is submitted that original claimant died on 07/07/2017 after the judgment of the Reference Court and before filing of the Appeal. The applicants are only legal representatives of the deceased Prakash Ade- the original claimant.

The application is supported by affidavit and death certificate and legal heirs certificate is also placed on record. In view thereof leave is granted. 4.

The applicants are permitted to file First Appeal as prayed for.
