This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 136 days in filing the restoration application. Appeal came to be dismissed for default for non filing of private paper book.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that private paper book is ready and he will be filing the same in two days.

In view thereof, this application is allowed and delay is condoned.

Appeal is restored to its original file, subject to condition of appellant filing the private paper book within two days and if such private paper book is filed and appeal is restored, then it should be kept for final hearing on 01/08/2017.
