The First Appeal No. 1095/2018 came to be decided by this Court and was partly allowed.

The respondent/claimant nos. 1 and 2 are entitled for amount of Rs. 4,71,263/-. Considering this fact, the application deserves to be allowed as prayed for. As such, the application is allowed.

Registry is directed to pay the said amount along with interest accrued thereon to the respondent no. 1 (Power of Attorney Holder for respondent no. 2) after due verification of Power of Attorney.

The remaining amount of Rs. 17,357/- along with interest accrued thereon be also paid to the appellant. 6.
