Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner challenges the orders passed by the respondents - authorities thereby awarding punishment to the petitioner in a disciplinary proceedings. Learned Counsel submitted that the petitioner is out of service from the year 2009 and has raised substantial grounds in the petition to challenge the orders impugned in the petition. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is out of service and has no other source of income, he is facing financial hardship. Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for early hearing of the petition.
