The present application is not pressed in view of the facts that another Civil Application (CAF) No. 1202 of 2022 along with supporting documents is filed.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as not pressed.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1202 OF 2022 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/respondent nos. 1 to 5.

The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount.

The matter was disposed of before National Lok Adalat by order dated 14/07/2018 in CAF No. 3885 of 2016 as the appellant

13. CAF 1202.2022 in FA 808.2018 had withdrawn the First Appeal. By this order, the directions was given to the appellant to pay the amount deposited by it to the original claimants/respondent nos. 1 to 5 and claimants/respondent nos. 1 to 5 were allowed to withdraw the same. 4.

Now, the applicants/respondent nos. 1 to 5 are seeking permission to withdraw the same with direction to the Registry to deposit the entire amount along with interest in the account of respondent no. 1.

The learned counsel for the applicants/respondent nos. 1 to 5 has placed on record the Power of Attorney (POA) executed by respondent no. 2 to 5 in favour of respondent no. 1. As such, the application is allowed.

The respondent nos. 1 to 5/applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant company along with accrued interest.

7.

The Registry is directed to disburse the said amount in the bank account of respondent no. 1 as per bank details given in the application and on verification of POA.

8.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
