For the reasons stated therein and in the larger interest of justice, Civil Application No.751 of 2015 is allowed subject to deposit of costs in the sum of Rs.500/- in this Court payable to the claimants.

Learned Counsel for the appellants states that since the Award amount is already deposited by the appellant, stay granted by this Court vide order dt.24.3.2015 passed by this Court shall be directed to continue to operate. Order accordingly. Civil Application No.752 of 2015 is disposed of.
