By this application, the petitioners seek to delete the name of petitioner Nos.12, 13, 14 and 18 as well as petitioner Nos.6 and 7 from the title clause of the petition by stating the reasons that these petitioners are not interested to prosecute the present petition. Hence, at the risk of the petitioners, both applications are allowed as prayed.
