After hearing the learned Advocate for the applicant for quite some time, when the Court was disinclined to entertain the prayer for bail, he sought permission to withdraw the instant Application with liberty to file bail application before the Court below. Permission granted. Criminal Application (BA) No.1327/2020 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with liberty as prayed for.

CRI.APPP : 1475/2020 In view of disposal of main Application, this Application does not survive. The same is disposed of.
