Present application is filed by the appellants-original claimants for grant of leave to file first appeal.

It appears that the applicants are the only heirs of deceased claimant Ramkrushna. He expired on 19.04.2018. The applicants were not aware with the present proceeding.

For the reasons stated in the application and as the right to sue survives, the leave to file first appeal to the legal heirs of deceased claimant is granted. Application is allowed and disposed of.

Civil Application (CAF) St. No.1192/2020 Present application is filed by the applicants-appellants for condonation of delay in filing first appeal.
