This is an application for recalling/cancellation of Non Bailable Warrants issued by this Court on 17.7.2019. The said application is filed by appellant Nos.1, 2, 4, and 5. 2.
The present appeal was admitted in Year 2006 and applicants/appellants were released on bail. Since the applicants/appellants were not contacting, learned counsel Shri Bharat Vora filed a "No Instruction Pursis" on 8.7.2019 citing reasons in respect of written communication to the applicants/appellants for not keeping in touch and, therefore, considering request made by learned counsel for the applicants/appellants, Non Bailable Warrants were issued.

Before execution of the Non Bailable Warrants, .....2/-
appellant Nos.1, 2, 4, and 5 filed the present application through Advocates Shri Bharat Vora and R.M.Ahirrao. In the application, it is stated that they did not contact their counsel.

Today, appellant Nos.1, 2, 4, and 5 are personally present and they are duly identified by their counsel. Through learned counsel Shri R.M.Ahirrao, the appellants voluntarily submitted that they are ready to deposit Rs.5000/- by each of them with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur within a period of one week from today.
The statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made, on appellant Nos.1, 2, 4, and 5 depositing Rs.5000/- by each of them with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur, the Non Bailable Warrants issued against them stand recalled/cancelled.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri P.S.Tembhare for the respondent/State, is directed to inform concerned police station authorities not to execute the Non Bailable Warrants issued against appellant Nos.1,2,4, and 5. 7.
Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants to place on record copy of receipt showing payment of the costs with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur by each of them.

It is made clear that if the amount is not paid within the stipulated period, the Court will take stern action .....3/-
against appellant Nos.1, 2, 4, and 5.

Accordingly, the criminal application is disposed of.
