The appellant's case is that the Land Acquisition Authority has granted excessive compensation which needs to be scrutinized in this appeal.

The appellant seeks to stay the execution of the impugned order.

Execution of the impugned order dated 13.03.2023 is stayed subject to the appellant depositing decreetal amount within two weeks from the date of this order.
