There is a delay of 31 days in filling the appeal against the judgment and order dated 28.03.2025, passed by the Sessions Judge, Amravati, convicting the appellant for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 307 of the IPC.

The learned Addl.PP strongly opposes the application. However, having gone through the application and considering the explanation offered by the appellant, we are of the view that the delay is properly explained and it needs to be condoned.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned. The appeal be registered.
