DATE : MAY 8 , 2015.

By an order dated 21.04.2015, Family Court Appeal No.101 of 2014 was disposed of in terms of the compromise entered between the parties. The marriage between the parties was dissolved by a decree of divorce under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Though the order dated 21.04.2015 ought to have covered both the appeals, i.e. Family Court Appeal No.101 of 2014 and Family Court Appeal No.108 of 2014, mistakenly Family Court Appeal No.108 of 2014 was not mentioned in the cause title of the order dated 21.04.2015.

Hence, Family Court Appeal No.108 of 2014 stands disposed of in view of the order dated 21.04.2015 in Family Court Appeal No.101 of 2014 with no orders as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
