This is an application made by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for withdrawal of the balance 25 % of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. The reasons have been stated in the application.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw the balance 25% of the amount deposited by the appellant on furnishing undertaking that in case the appeal is decided against them, they will deposit the amount as

The amount be paid to respondent Nos.1 and 2 within three weeks.
