Respondent No.4 who has moved this Application, on one hand points out absence of any interim order protecting the petitioner and, on the other hand, seeks a direction from this Court.

We have perused various orders passed by this Court from time to time.

We direct petitioner to file an undertaking that in case the petition is dismissed it shall pay the entire amount to the respondent no.4 within such time, with interest, as this Court directs. The undertaking be filed within two weeks. 5.

List Writ Petition for final hearing in the week commencing 14th March 2017.
