In these writ petitions, the petitioners seek permission to start Secondary School from the academic year 2016-17 on Self Finance Basis. The petitioners' representations were pending and hence by the order dated 18.10.2022, the respondent No.1 was directed to decide the aforesaid representations.

Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents has tendered the communication dated 19.01.2023 by which the said representations have been considered and the request made by the petitioners' has been turned down. The said communication is taken on record and marked as "A" for identification.

In view of the aforesaid, it would be necessary for the petitioners' to challenge the said decision, if they are aggrieved by the same.

In the light of this development, these writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners' to take appropriate steps, if they are aggrieved by the communication dated 19.01.2023. No costs.
