This is third application seeking bail.

After hearing Advocate for the applicant for quite some time and when it is disclosed during argument that trial has already commenced, in view of the said fact and in view of fact that on earlier two occasions applications for grant of bail were already rejected and when the Court was about to reject the present application, Advocate for the applicant submitted he be permitted to withdraw the application.

The prayer is accepted.

The criminal application is rejected and .....2/-

ba1131.21 19 disposed of accordingly.

Since Advocate for the applicant is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving any reason as to why the application needs rejection.
