Learned Counsel for the petitioners restricts the relief to prayer clause 3, whereunder he seeks direction against the respondents to take decision on the representation dated 11.06.2022 at Annexure - 20 in a time bound manner.

Aggrieved by the inaction of the Government authorities in considering the proposal of the petitioners for permission to run a Sainik Ashram School at Karwa, Chandrapur, a legal notice dated 11.06.2022 came to be addressed to several Authorities to look into the matter and grant the sanction. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the said legal notice be considered as representation and directions be given to the Commissioner, Tribal Development, Maharashtra State - respondent No.2 herein to take a decision on the same.

Considering the nature of the reliefs sought, the petition can be disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2 - Commissioner to take appropriate decision on the representation dated 11.06.2022 within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of the order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
